How can a transit or fleet business pay vendors with ZIL MONEY?
Open Send Payment, enter the amount, choose the vendor, and pick how to send it. Add the vehicle or route to the memo. Review the details, then confirm. After you send it, check Payments Out for the payment and its status.
Can I note which vehicle a payment is for?
Yes. Add the vehicle or route in the memo so you can tell what the payment is for, and add an invoice number if you have one. Payments Out shows the memo with the payee, amount, and status.
Where does the money come from?
You choose. Depending on how your account is set up, you can pay from a bank account, your wallet, or a credit card.
Can I see the payments I already sent?
Yes. Open Payments Out to review the payments you sent. The list shows the payee, amount, memo, reference ID, and status, so you can look back at what each payment was for.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
