Yes. Add the program or event to the memo when you enter the payment details, and add an invoice number if you have one. Payments Out shows the memo with the payment, so you can see why you sent it.
Where does the money come from?
You choose. Depending on how your account is set up, you can pay from a bank account, your wallet, or a credit card.
Can I see the payments I already sent?
Yes. Open Payments Out to review the payments you sent. The list shows the payee, amount, memo, reference ID, and status, so you can look back at what each payment was for.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
