Still paying vendors the slow way?

Pay vendors by ACH. Straight from your bank account.

Paper and hand-typed payments eat your week, and one slip can hold up a vendor. ACH sends the money from the business bank account you already use. Keep reading to see the four steps, and the one choice that decides how each payment goes out.

  • Use the bank account you already have
  • Pick ACH, Same Day ACH, or Wire for each payment

ACH should feel simple, not risky.

Here is what slows owners down, and how ZIL MONEY helps.

I do not want to re-type bank details every time.

Save the payee once. Next time you pick the name, and the details are already there.

I am not sure which method to choose.

Let the vendor decide. Pick that option and your vendor chooses how to get paid.

I lose track of what I already sent.

Open Payments Out. Every payment shows its status, from Processing to Completed.

I pay the same group every month.

Use the Bulk Payment Center. Build one batch, look over the total, and confirm it once.

My vendor wants a wire.

Choose Wire on the same screen. The payment goes through the same steps and shows in the same list.

My books never match my payments.

Sync your accounting tools. ZIL MONEY works with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, and other accounting tools.

I am not always at my desk.

Use your phone or tablet. Do it from anywhere.
