My payroll is prepared but not paid.

Pay the run here. Find it in Payroll Details and click Confirm Payment.

I retype payroll details in more than one place.

Use the sync button. Sync payroll data brings the runs into your list.

I cannot tell which run I paid.

Look at the status. Runs show Processing, or Confirm Payment if they are waiting.

I want to see the cost first.

Read the Fees column. It shows the fee for each run before you confirm.

I want a record of payments.

Open Transactions. Each company has a Transactions tab.

I am not always at my desk.

Use your phone or tablet. Do it from anywhere.

Yes. When the payroll run is in your list, click Confirm Payment, choose a credit card, and sign.
What is the credit card fee?
A 2.9% credit card fee applies when you pay with a credit card.
Does ZIL MONEY work with QuickBooks?
Yes. ZIL MONEY works with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, and other accounting tools.
Does ZIL MONEY run QuickBooks payroll?
ZIL MONEY does not run payroll, file payroll taxes, make W-2s, or manage benefits. It pays the amount of a payroll run that appears in your list. Prepare payroll as you do now.
What is the Sync payroll data button?
It is above the Payroll Details table and brings payroll runs into your list. Ask our team which payroll providers sync with your account.
How do I keep payroll records in order?
Use the Transactions tab for each company, and the table for dates, amounts, and fees.
Is it safe to use?
ZIL MONEY holds SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and other certifications. You can see the full list on the Certifications page.
Can I send QuickBooks payroll payments from my phone?
