Can I pay a vendor with a credit card?
Yes. On Send Payment, enter the amount, choose the vendor, and choose Credit Card as where the money comes from. Then pick how your vendor gets paid and confirm. You can track the payment in Payments Out.
What is the credit card fee?
A 2.9% credit card fee applies when you pay with a credit card.
What if my vendor does not accept cards?
Your vendor does not need to accept cards. You choose how the vendor receives the money, such as ACH. Your card is what pays for the payment.
How do I pay a vendor by credit card with ZIL MONEY?
Open Send Payment, enter the amount, choose the vendor, and pick Credit Card. Then pick how the vendor gets paid, add a memo or invoice number if you have one, review the details, and confirm. A 2.9% credit card fee applies.
Can I still pay from a bank account?
Yes. You can pay from a bank account, your wallet, or a credit card. You choose each time.
Can I see the payments I already sent?
Yes. Open Payments Out to review the payments you sent. The list shows the payee, amount, memo, reference ID, and status, so you can look back at what each payment was for.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Yes. ZIL MONEY connects with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, and other accounting tools, so your payments and books stay in sync.
Can I send payments from my phone?
Yes. You can use ZIL MONEY on your phone or tablet to send payments away from your desk. Choose the vendor, enter the amount, pick Credit Card, and confirm.
