One Platform for Every Zoho Books Payment
Your books live in Zoho Books. Your payments should not live somewhere else. So once you connect Zoho Books, the bills you already track become ready to pay inside Zil Money. Then pay each one by ACH, wire, virtual card, digital check, or a check we mail for you. Plus, you choose the method per vendor, and you keep one clear record of each payment.
How the Zoho Books Integration Works
Select Zoho Books
Open the Third Party Integration menu in Zil Money, find Zoho Books, and click Connect.
Authorize the Integration
Sign in with your Zoho Books credentials to grant Zil Money access to the companies in your account.
Select Your Companies
Choose which Zoho Books companies to connect, then start the import.
Import and Pay
Bring in your bills, invoices, and checks. Then map the bank account and pay each one your way.
Pay the Way Each Vendor Prefers
Use ACH for routine vendor runs. For faster moves, send a wire transfer, subject to cut-off times, network conditions, and compliance reviews. You can also issue a virtual card for subscriptions and small one-off buys. Plus, you set a limit on each card. Finally, email a digital check to the payee. Or let us mail a printed check when a vendor still needs paper.
Fund Payments With a Credit Card
You can pay Zoho Books bills with a credit card, even when your vendor does not accept cards. So your vendor still gets funds by ACH, wire, or check. Meanwhile, you keep working capital in place. Note that credit card funding carries a processing fee. Check the pricing page for current rates, which may change.
Integration
Zil Money connects with over 22,000 financial institutions. It also works with the accounting and payroll tools your team already uses, including Zoho Books and Zoho Payroll. For more options, explore the full accounting software integration lineup. From there, you can import bills and invoices, print checks, and pay from your phone.
