No. Paychex Flex still calculates, files, and processes your payroll the same way it does today. Zil Money only changes how that payroll is funded, by credit card instead of a direct bank debit.
Can you pay payroll taxes with a credit card?
Yes, in many cases, you can pay payroll taxes with a credit card using the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) or through third-party payment processors approved by the IRS. Check with your tax authority and the credit card issuer for applicable fees or restrictions. Use Zil Money's payroll by credit card feature to ensure timely employee payment.
How do I connect Paychex Flex with Zil Money?
First, open the Third Party Integration menu in Zil Money, select Paychex Flex, and click Connect. Next, authorize the connection with your Paychex Flex credentials. Then confirm the company or client account you want to link. Finally, add the business credit card you want to fund payroll with.
How do I fund a Paychex Flex payroll run through Zil Money?
Once connected, choose the payroll run you want to fund and select your business credit card. Paychex Flex still pays your team by direct deposit or check, on schedule. Note that credit card funding carries a processing fee, which may change.
Is my Paychex Flex connection secure?
