Home bills and business bills piling up in one place?

Too many bills to track? Put the business ones in a list.

ZIL MONEY is a business payments tool, not a budgeting app. It does one thing well for owners and freelancers: it keeps your business bills in one list, with a due date and a status on each. Below is how it works.

  • Add each business bill once
  • See what is Unpaid and what is Paid
  • Pay it from the account you choose

A budgeting app or a bills list?

They solve different problems.

A budgeting appPlans household spending. ZIL MONEY does not do this, and it does not give financial advice.
A bills listHolds the bills your business owes, each with a due date and a status. This is what ZIL MONEY does.

Add the bill. Watch it move to Paid.

Every bill sits in the Bills list until you pay it.

Add a bill

Enter who it is from, the bill date, the due date, and the amount.

Follow the status

Each bill shows as Unpaid, then Paid.

Pay from the list

Pick the account you want to pay from, then choose how to send.

Add a note

Put a memo on each bill so you remember what it was for.

Why business bills get lost.

Here is what trips up owners who also run their own money, and how ZIL MONEY helps.

My business bills sit in my email.

Add them to Bills. Each bill gets a vendor, a due date, and an amount, all in one list.

I forget which bills I already paid.

Look at the status. Every bill shows Unpaid or Paid.

I mix up what is due and what is done.

Read the due date column. The list shows the bill date and the due date side by side.

I want to see this month in one place.

Open the Bills page. See every bill you added, with its amount and status.

I pay from more than one account.

Choose it each time. Pick the account in Pay from when you pay a bill.

My bookkeeper keeps asking me for details.

Keep a note on each bill. Add a memo so the reason is already written down.

I am not always at my desk.

Use your phone or tablet. Do it from anywhere.

From bill in hand to Paid in four steps.

Go in order. Nothing else to set up.

1

Add the bill

Choose Add Bill. Enter the vendor, dates, and amount.

2

Add a note

Write a short memo so you know what it covers.

3

Pay it

Pick the account to pay from and a way to send.

4

Watch it turn Paid

The status in your Bills list changes from Unpaid to Paid.

“The most helpful part is that ZIL MONEY can be used by everyone.”

It’s very easy to navigate. The user interface is very easy to learn. It solves the problem of having various accounting software separately and unable to integrate.
